That trait in particular I deem as remarkably useful in a highly ramped up project, like this was, when emotions and politics comes into play from within and outside of the project. He is very open minded about how the project members want to work to deliver value to the project and he never looses that focus on delivering value to the customer. That is by far one of the very best of Peters traits. Furthermore, he has an impeccably good way of packeging the project into understandable presentation for the outside stakeholders just on the right level. I would without any hesitation, what so ever, work together with Peter in any project regardless of him being the project manager or having any other role with a project."
