A strategic Design and Innovation Consultancy offering Customer Discovery, Service Design, UXUI, Industrial Design and Product Development with a focus on connected products and digital services at the edge of the cloud. Johan is a Sr director with a 20-year track record of brand and design management with Fortune 500 companies and consulting for Government organisations from both Sweden and Hong Kong. He works with clients to drive business growth through user-driven development, tackles systemic challenges and launches new digital ventures and service design. Johan’s philosophy is Human-Centred Development under a philosophy of people and planet first. He manages Whole Product Road Maps, UX and User Research, Design Thinking, Product Portfolio Guidelines, Customer Insight management and Workshops Facilitation. Circular Economy and Environmentally Conscious Product Design Process.He came to Hong Kong in 2005 with the investment backing of two pioneering Scandinavian agencies - No Picnic and Veryday (McKinsey Design).
