I commenced my property career with Stanton Hillier Parker as a trainee in the Valuation Department. Initially my roles included market research and general valuation preparation, however later developed to a more active role in Commercial, Industrial and Residential valuations with particular involvement in the Australia Post Property. After progressing further with another Firm, my experienmce grew with the involvement of the Archdiocean Catholic Church portfolio as well as running complex feasibility studies for redevelopment of the Swan Portland Cement site (Mirvac Burswood Development) the WACA and Gloucester Park. I undertook the site review and valuation process of the school site which is now known as Shenton College.Since joining ACORPP (formerly VSA Property) in 1999, Justin has been involved in almost all aspects of the business, specialising in strategic planning and negotiating, feasibility analysis, tenant advocacy and acqusitions. In addition to this he has undertaken general consultancy, valuations, leasing negotiations, compensation for taking of land, asset management, sales and project management.Since January 2001, Justin has been a Co-Owner in the firm and as such he has been responsible for the in house development of modelling tools utilised for feasibility studies, complex cash flow models, investment analysis, project management systems and business development.ACORPP is now the largest independently ownered corporate advisory firm in Western Australia and has recently expanded to provide a similar range of services in Queensland.
