Key achievements: - Negotiate acquisition of existing intellectual property (~A$350m) - Co-ordinate project financing of ~A$1.5bn through multiple export credit agencies - Co-author strategic board papers to pursue alternative funding options via NAIF (Northern Australian Infrastructure Fund) - Lead the commercial and financing aspects of the construction procurement strategy including desktop due diligence (and optimise the ability to leverage ECA financing) - Oversee financial governance (e.g. implementation of bottom-up budgeting, forecasting, monthly project and board reporting, project governance, etc.)
