My task as CEO was to evaluate the market and investment opportunities and to plan and implement the industrialization of the product and the organization.The company offers an end-to-end solution for android tablet use in schools around the world.

Managed a software team newly combined of previously separate parts that focus on providing device data and business intelligence information used for analysis and decisions by all levels of the company.A number of improvement like securing the data and modernizing the architecture to use cloud technology has successfully been implemented and are now used in the global daily business.

From the end of summer 2011 I took over the responsibility for a R&D software organization (PLD SW, Platform Development Software) in Beijing. This was handled both remotely and onsite by regular business travels to Beijing. January 2012 I was relocated to Beijing as an expat.After a reorganization in the beginning of 2012 I headed up a new R&D software department (Core Software) consisting of 6 sections, 3 old ones from PLD SW and 3 completely new. When I left Beijing the department was a very well-functioning unit that contributed successfully in the global development setup.

Succesful build up of a newly formed department within a re-organized R&D organization. The department consists of 4 sections that are responsible for all phone security parts including DRM functionality in all products and platforms globally, in-house and ODM. The department have the responsibility for development and 24/7 operational support for the security servers located at all factories world-wide.A number of successful initiatives were launched like contribution of the DRM framework to Android and the continuous strive for high quality and efficiency within the section using the edge of agile methods.In addition I was during this time responsible for the process implementation within our global R&D unit (~900 persons) where we managed to implement effective processes that really were used.

I managed the build up of this area by initiating processes and routines and two global suppliers where chosen (thanks Johan Fransson, Henrik Lindau and Magnus Hilding for brilliant cooperation!).

Department manager for the messaging area consisting of 4 software sections. New way of working with requirements and issues was introduced that laid the foundation for better features and quality for the end consumer. As part of the Sony Ericsson move to Android as platform this area was successfully transferred to the Beijing site.

Section manager for PIM (Phonebook, Calendar, Task, Notes, Clock). I successfully built up the rather small section of 15 people located in Lund to a global unit with development in three sites (Lund, Tokyo and Beijing).

The major assignment was Project Manager at Sony Ericsson in the PIM (Phonebook, Calendar, Tasks, Notes, Clock) area.

Cofounder of consultant company Consafe Infotech together with two colleagues. We lived through the ups and down of the late last century era with an rapid expansion as well as the reduction during early years after 2000. Consafe Infotech bought and merged with Qitel in 2001. Consafe Infotech was bought and merged into Cybercom in 2004.During this time I had management roles within the company, HR, IS/IT and Strategy Manager, but always kept a number of external consultant assignment ongoing.System Integrator, Project Manager at EMP (2002 – 2003)I worked as system integrator on the product level in a first 3G mobile phone project for Ericsson Mobile Platforms (EMP). During fall of 2003 I took the role as an expert implementing and managing the system integration strategies and rules for a project for EMP in Nürnberg.IS/IT Manager at Consafe Infotech (2001 – 2002)Planning and controlling the implementation of internal IS/IT environment during merger with Qitel.Business analysis at Telia Företag AB (2000)Analysis and structuring of service implementation, service level agreements and IT-support.Line/Project Manager at Frispar IT (1998 – 1999)Sparbanken Finn and Sparbanken Gripen implemented a new banking system during this time. I was the project manager for client computer environment, the network support group consisting of about 10 technicians, handled the interaction with server company, handled the interaction with bank system project and implemented network support part of the user help desk.Project Manager at EHPT (1998)I was project manager at Ericsson Hewlett Packard Telecommunications for the Telecom Management and Traffic Management system that EHPT bought from Telia.Project Manager at Telia Prosoft AB (1995 – 1997)I worked as mainly project manager but took on other roles like test and integration manager when needed in Telia’s Telecom Management and Traffic Management system.

Here I worked as a consultant. In 1995 the company TeleData AB was split into several companies and renamed to Exallon.
