As a Key Customer Lead I take care of the high value individual customers. I optimize and run programs for productive major and legacy giving. In addition to that I carry out direct marketing campaigns from scratch to finish almost on a monthly basis. In summary, my role is a strategic fundraising position with some of the most important client groups plus a content creator for the whole team.I play a key role in a small team which collects millions of euros from individuals each year. We do this because we want to help the children in need.

Print, online or integrated - lead generation, donor journeys, donor retention - everything goes.My task is both to write compelling marketing texts to donors and donors-to-be, and organize high-profit campaigns throughout the year.
