During the six years reputation of Tampereen Sähkölaitos amongst the big audience improved a lot and was in 2020 the best in the energy industry in Finland. Today reputation management is an essential part of company´s management system. My other primary goal was to develop interaction with customers in various channels. According to research this part of company´s actions improved significantly during my time. The commercial and graphical images of the company were my responsibilities as well as communications. I also “owned” the company´s websites.

    During company's operation time we developed with our customers new electricity sales products and electronic services. Sales activities were changed from receiving orders to active customer sales, in both BtoB and BtoC sales. We managed to get sales growth in both sectors.In addition, the company was responsible for the whole Sähkölaitos Group commercial image, communication and reputation management, and for the majority of the Group's customer service. These actions have been successful and customer satisfaction and testimonial willingness are at very high level today. Twice (2009 and 2011) the campaign created from my ideas has won the MTV3's best regional TV campaign award. A significant part of the work was also the risk management of electricity procurement.I worked as MD of the company since its inception - the first full year of operation was 2009. The company had annual sales of more than 60 M € and it was among 5 to 7 biggest electricity supplier in Finland. Tampereen Sähkönmyynti was one of the five Tampereen Sähkölaitos Group's subsidiaries. The number of employees was 20. I was a member of the Group Executive Committee and was Member of the Board in Tampereen Kaukolämpö Ltd, Tampereen Energinatuotanto Ltd and Tampereen Vera Ltd. During the spring of 2015 the Group's structure was reformed. Three subsidiaries will be merged with the parent company and subsidiaries will cease and thus also the responsibility of the MD. From this I moved to my next position in Tampereen Sähkölaitos in 01.07.2015.
