Responsible for several evaluations and surveys regarding occupational health and safety activities, workplace health promotion, diversity management and CSR. Among the projects were the evaluation of the experiences with the Danish OHS Service ("BST") for The Danish Working Environment Authority and the evaluation of the experiments with the Danish OHS Service - also for the Danish Working Environment Authority.

Project Manager for the R&D-project "Forebyggelse af Arbejdsbetinget Sygefravær og Arbejdsskader" (FASA) [Prevention of work-related sick leave and illness] which was financed by the Social Ministry and carried out by Ringsted Kommune [the municipality of Ringsted], BST Sorø [Sorø Occupational Health Service Center], Dansk Arbejdsgiverforening Ringsted [the Ringsted branch of Danish Employers' Association], LO Ringsted [the Ringsted branch of Danish Confederation of Trade Unions], Arbejdstilsynet kreds Vestsjælland [the local branch of the Danish Working Environment Authority], Praktiserende Lægers Organisation Ringsted [the Ringsted branch of GPs' Association] and Arbejdsmedicinsk Klinik Slagelse [the local Clinic of Occupational Medicine]. The project succeeded in establishing a close collaboration between the partners which made it possible to introduce preventive measures to companies and to rehabilitate employees suffering from accidents at work or work-related diseases. On behalf of the project I received a prize from Fondet til Arbejderbeskyttelse [the Foundation for Worker Protection] in 1999 because of the succesful innovation.

Participated in - among others - the intervention project "Medarbejderdeltagelse ved Indførelse af Renere Teknologi" (MIRT) [Employee Participation in Introduction of Cleaner Technology]. The project was a cooperation project between the Technical University of Denmark and Aalborg University. It was financed by the Ministry of Environment and involved four companies - a paper mill, a outdoor playground equipment manufacturer, a slaughterhouse and a fishing industry. I had the responsibility for the intervention at the paper mill and the outdoor playground equipment manufacturer and the overall responsibility for the working environment aspects in the intervention.
