Current> Senior Project Management and Account Services for web development projects. - Agile project management, project planning and scheduling, scope definition, budget control and project delivery. - Team support and coordination, acting as a Scrum Master as needed. - Nurturing client/agency relationships through transparency, trust and collaboration. > PMO Leadership, which includes: - Providing the PM team with process mentorship as well as direction on proactive project planning, documentation, and communication. - Reviewing and refining processes, promoting and supporting the efficiency, evolution and success of the project management team and process. - Working with the PM team to ensure adoption of internal processes as they relate to project management, budgeting and project profit and loss. - Collaborating with team members in other departments to establish or refine agency processes as needed. > Implementation of and education on Agile methodology. > Finance, Operations, and Administration support. > Business development.
