Virtual manufacturing started as a way to design and test machine tools but has since expanded to encompass production processes and the products themselvesWorking with Lafayette, Mossville, Tianjin facilities on Engine Assembly validation, Virtual Build, M-Bom creation & sequence validation.Engine Design Validation for various applications ranges from 8 to 20 cylinders.Worked for New Product Introduction for various range of Engines captured many issues prior to Engine build.Discuss the issues with customers for the corrective action.Validate the corrected issues and approving it, if it is resolved.Maintenance of new/existing Engine’s Bill of Materials for Master Engines like Pilot, Proto, Financial Models in Team centre.Modifying the BOM in Team Centre as per the communication from the Engine Owners.Validation of NPI Engine Design in Team centre Visualization Mock up.Validation of any specific New group prior to introduction more precisely for any Engines.Capturing the issues as power point presentation and assign it to the respective engineers.Participating in Design Decisions and to communicate technical information effectively with team members and others in the work groups
