Takes responsibility for all aspects of running a successful team and an efficient office..• Leads the development, implementation and monitoring of fundraising targets and plans across membership, major donors and corporates. The adoption of mobile and internet technologies in this effort is seen as an area of growth.• Ensures effective networking, engagement, communication and collaboration with civil society and local partners in Sindh and promotes attention to important corporate responsibility and sustainability issues.• Ensures regular communications, and updates to BDOs, and the CARD network as well as relevant partners.• Ensures the effective preparation, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the CARD Strategic Plan and update as necessary.• Personnel and administrative systems and outputs are implemented and monitored, Including CARD Key Performance Indicators.• Monitors and provides a quarterly update for CARD Board and on the achievements of the agreed work plan and activities undertaken; and as required for reporting to charity regulatory frameworks in Sindh.• Ensures effective networking and engagement with CARD team offices.
