Handling layer-2 and layer-3 network Issues and troubleshooting with Data Center SLA• Configure & troubleshoot Network and system management including proactive performance and fault monitoring network management (Cacti, Nagios, Log Analyzer, NTP, AAA etc) • Implement & maintain core firewall Cisco & Fortinet• Expertise with BGP, OSPF, and other distance vector & link state routing protocols, MPLS (L2, L3, Traffic Engineering), DMVPN, IPSec VPN Service, EVPN VXLAN and Layer2 Protocol such as STP, EtherChannel, VRRP, HSRP, Virtual LAN, Private LAN and Trunking (802.1q).• Manage Vendors and prepare solution for new service. • Implement and maintenance Cisco, Maipu and Mikrotik devices and 24x7 enterprise environment. • Implement & maintain Core firewall Cisco & Fortinet• Design LAN/ WAN include routing, switching, wireless, WAN optimization.• Configure and troubleshoot OSPF between other area & BGP with upstream to ensure redundancy. • Configure and troubleshoot Linux, SMTP server & Mail Server.• Planning, Design & Configure remote Branch office(300+ locations) network and interconnectivity with HO• Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.• Setup configure and monitoring Cacti, Fully automated Nagios, IP Plan, and proactive notification by SMS and Mail notification system.• Implement Asterisk IP PABX throughout the group and connect with 20+ remote location.• Lead full Network Team within this group

 Configure CISCO Switch, Router & Firewall  Configure BGP, OSPF, and related routing protocols, Layer2 Protocol such as STP, Virtual LANs and Trunking (802.1q), VXLAN and ability to implement security IPSec, ACL etc.  Install Debian & Configure Gateway Server, DHCP Server, Mail Server (qmail), roudncube webmail, smtp authentical (SSL), IMAP, iptables, Clamv, Simscan, Squid (Proxy Server), Webmin, Open VPN.  Configure several network monitoring tools like MRTG, Cacti, Bandwidthd & Squint into client’s server as per client requirements.  Configure and manage Mikrotik device with IP Address/Route, BGP, ARP IP MAC Bind, Bandwidth Manager, Load Balance, Auto Fail Over, IPSec VPN, DHCP Server, Transparent Proxy, Hotspot server, PPTP Server, EoIP, Bridge connectivity. IPLC Connectivity status monitoring and troubleshooting with International circuit provider (Telecom Malaysia, Bharti Airtel, Vodafone, HGC, British Telecom etc) Video Conferencing device (Polycom, VPad) configure, VC session establishment and troubleshoot Configure and troubleshoot STM1/4/16, PDH, SDH, E1 to Ethernet converter, DXC & DS3 devices. Working with major Telco Vendor Tejas, Huawei, EBB, Ebang, Huahuan.  Deploy ISP and IIG central monitoring system and proactively monitoring by SMS and Mail notification system.
