Argentina's La Nación acquired Impremedia in 2012.Worked closely with the executive team to develop the transformation strategy for a leading Spanish language digital and print media company. Aligned the information technology and operations strategy for the company with the overall business strategy. Over a two-year period, migrated over 80% of the company’s technology infrastructure into the cloud resulting in an agile infrastructure, improved business continuity capability and a 25% reduction in operating expense. Led the implementation of Impremedia’s content management platform, which resulted in a 200% increase in direct traffic and a 90% increase in average duration of visit.

Deloitte Digital acquired Ad2Pro Media Solutions in Nov 2021.Built a company to provide high quality advertising and marketing design services in print and digital media to media and retail companies around the globe. Created a 500+ member design and operations team in India and built a technology platform for delivery of creative services to customers around the world. Delivered over $20M in revenue with increasing year-over-year operating margins. Responsible for operations, technology, global client services, human resources and finance functions in the company. Raised Series A venture funding to build and scale the company.

Led the transformation of this startup from an enterprise software company to a B2C technology focused media company. Developed a product roadmap and helped launch a consumer facing media portal called Zolved.
