Trouble shooting of all kinds of production issues that comes during the production and solve them effectively Strong communication, inter personal ,liaison and problem solving skills with ability to work in multicultural environment. Provide Original or Ref. Sample to supplier for making costing of each Order Season. Negotiate Price and confirm Order. Arrange Order Sheet, Color Card and Technical Details. Provide accurate outstanding commitment and update delivery schedules by reviewing orders. Maintain T&A. Review requirements of establishment and determine quantity and type of merchandise to purchase. Preparing production plan weekly basis as per allocated capacity. Developing a detailed time & action plan & regularly monitoring the same through weekly status. Responsible from Sample to shipment including all activities as well as Job Ownership & Customer service cum satisfaction growing is the main perspective on the path ahead. Sourcing and developing trims and accessories and make them ordered and in-house according to the critical path.. Getting compensation from supplier based on strong negotiation in terms of short/reject of fabric/trims Follow up with store for inventory & inspection of fabric & trims end closing information , necessary & urgent information sharing with self-management & with overseas managers / customers if necessary & be prepared for tomorrow. Follow up all kinds of sampling, their trimmings and technical issues & get on-time PP sample approval. Supporting quality department in debate if any quality alert comes after the goods shipped.
