Crafting a succinct vision for, gaining leadership buy-in, and executing on our core organizational priorities as a member of the Global Partnerships & Eng. executive leadership team. -- Key stakeholder in scaling the organization from 8 to 85+ team members-- Owned, systematized, & eventually hired for several functions including sales, account management, customer success, and people operations-- Built and operationalized our sales team, their ongoing training program, and incentives to achieve over $600M in bookings-to-date (within ~18 months)-- Led all efforts to improve sales productivity, by implementing new tools -- including MixMax (for email tracking + templates), Drift (for lead qualification + live chat), and continued improvements on Salesforce CRM-- Single-handedly executed all trade show management including branding + messaging, sponsorships, logistics, event spaces, presentations, and travel for the GTM team. Additionally, the post-show recaps and sales lead follow up.-- Cross-functional company culture leader & external advocate for all LGBT-focused events and community involvement
