This includes participating in cluster meetings to ensure that the project selection process meets the criteria of transparency, inclusiveness, and objectivity.• Management of project reprogramming including analysis and formulation of relevant policy recommendations.• Act as a focal point for three fund portfolios with over eight million dollars in budget, providing inputs during the IHF project cycle, managing strategic and technical reviews, informing project revisions, performing risk management, and partner performance scoring, contributing to Value for Money analysis and updates, and engaging in monitoring and reporting activities involving sector thematic discussions.• Conduct and support capacity-building initiatives for IHF partners and other stakeholders.2. Contribute to UNOCHA Accountability Framework:• Contribute to ensuring compliance with the operational modalities and assurance activities in place for the Fund.• Participate and support desk reviews and field monitoring visits.• Facilitate and support IHF partner training on compliance with Fund procedures.• Provide technical advice, training, and assistance to implementing partners (IPs) in the planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of projects. 3.
