We delve into why you think the way you do, why you do the things you do, especially those that aren't helping you reach where you want to be. And while I rely on evidence-based principles to guide my advice, my real superpower lies in identifying the deeper issues that aren’t always obvious. I'm talking about the core reasons you might struggle to achieve better outcomes or reach your goals.I’ve been in the trenches too, trying to figure out my own puzzle. It’s not easy. It involved asking myself some tough questions and being okay with not liking all the answers. But honestly, pretending to be someone I’m not?
