The role focused on the provision of consulting services to clients on the implementation and use of Oracle Human Resources and Payroll modules.

Consulting to client base who had either implemented or where implementing MIMS, specialising in the HRMS suite of modules. Activities included:- ERP Implementation Planning and Execution- Business Process Review- Solution Design- Workshops; Training Material and Delivery

Provision of an advisory and communication service to employees working within a large Public Sector Department undergoing privatisation. The role was responsible for the formulation and implementation of communication strategies, as well as the provision of counselling services to employees exploring their career options.

This role focused on the provision of specialist support to Business Development Teams negotiating HR contracts across UK and Europe and the delivery of advice to Branches in fulfilling contractual obligations to National customers.
