The purposes of this position are to co-ordinate and manage the area of the Credit Granting of the Company.To provide support to the Credit Sales Departments of the Courts, Lucky Dollar and Optical Branches (36 branches) in an effort to achieve a superior quality portfolio while ensuring the growth of the business in line with Regional expectations. (10 Full-Time Staff with an additional 30 Temporary Staff at Peak Season). Responsible for:Credit and Risk AdministrationStrategy Formulation and Process Improvement Efficient Resource Allocation and Performance ManagementPartnering with other arms of the company and external agencies to achieve optimum productivity.Training and Development of Credit and Branch Staff (all Courts, Lucky Dollar and Optical permanent staff inclusive of temporary staff hired for Peak Season)

Risk Management of the Company’s Credit portfolio as it pertains to debt, ensuring remedial actions are taken in a timely manner to ensure outstanding debts are collected rather than written off.Performance Management of 50+ staff members, ensuring all daily, weekly and monthly targets are met and surpassed.Training new staff and seasoned staff to ensure optimal performance at all times.
