As part of Carbon Black, I am leading two engineering teams - Threat Hunter and Developer Relations with a total of 12-16 people.- Working in a matrix organization, I've been leading both horizontal and vertical projects.- I have led and delivered the biggest project released by the Bulgarian SBU site. It was near the top 3 priorities for the BU for over a year. Both the technical and managerial complexity were high as we had to break lots of technical barriers and I had to coordinate with more than 15 teams within and outside the BU.- My teams have generated over 25 hackathon ideas and implemented 10 of them for the last year.- We have submitted 5 patents for the last year and a half.
