Upon my promotion in Alorica and taking over the team, my priority was to build a cohesive team that would help each other, be like a family, like a well-oiled machine.Through numerous discussions and repetition with each member of the team about unity, teamwork, gathering outside of work for various activities, at one point this became a reality.The results in less than a year increased to levels that none of us believed could even be approached. The team increased and stabilized results on every metric in target and Healthy range.I have always relied on everything to be shared sincerely and transparently with me, and I have supported the team in all moments unreservedly.I have listened to the words and suggestions of the team; we have done various experiments to find better working methods and improve processes.I have always tried to be a personal example, such as coming to work on time, fully observing discipline, respecting colleagues, and not speaking negatively.The team is disciplined with the fewest violations in the entire project and perhaps in the company at the Sofia level.The team has the most trained people for additional skills and additional courses for upskilling and additional knowledge. I encouraged them to participate in activities in our Wellness programs, and they have the most activity from other teams.The team became an example for the whole project across the rest of the teams.
