Owner Representation is also a large part of my day to day work as a business owner and Builder. My specialties include modern medical construction , multiple unit locations, surgery rooms, laser eye surgery rooms, dental clinic construction, restaurant, hospitality, retail, office, high tech manufacturing, warehouse, and residential construction. I also offer Owner Representation, negotiation strategy, pre-construction services, site development, and project and construction management. Having built for companies who use Lean Six Sigma Kaizen etc and its principles I integrate external contractors to streamline operations and optimize efficiency and quality. I have successfully completed thousands projects across the US and Canada, including a $112 million real estate portfolio refinancing effort that arrived under budget, and within code compliance on the required deadline.
