o Lead on-boarding of new hired,providing them initial training,learning materials,facilitating their integration into organizationo Cooperate with HR – involved in recruitment of new employees o Indentification of training reqirements (skill gaps, etc..) for existing employees in the banko Coordination of centrally planned training/coaching activities in the networko Helping the retail banking sales units in the network and assurance of target achievement of the overall network by regular monitoring/control o Assurance of the consequent and consistent implementation of allrelevant concepts,tools,structures and processes in the networko Identification of potentials problems (concepts,products,processes,etc.)and finding solutions for improvement with regional sales directorso Visiting of all branches with focus on:o Defined group wide branch routines , House keeping standards, Service Quality , Proper usege of all group wide developed tools,strategies or concepts (e.g. SFE, Affluent Banking, SME)o Identifying potential for optimizing the branch processes through discussions with the branch manager and branch staff, interviewing customers etc.o Informing and reporting directly to the Director of the sales management division and board members

o Personal adviser of the affluent segment clientso Member of branch loan committee o Monitoring of clients, control of clients operationso Acquisition of new clients, cross selling, negotiation and finalizing terms of saleso Sale of all PI products
