I go beyond bridging the gap between an organisation's strategy and operating model, I design and embed supply chain experiences that deliver what an organisation needs today and in the face of change. Throughout my career, I have been instrumental in curating categories that deliver customers quality products at the right price. I have led major change and transformation programs that have enabled category, supply chain, and retail operations teams to become faster, more flexible, sustainable, and customer-obsessed in the pursuit of growth. My responsible and sustainable sourcing programs have positively impacted communities across Australia, China, Vietnam, Taiwan, USA and Germany.Two key learnings have defined who I am, and how I lead. Firstly, I don't baffle stakeholders, I communicate the story behind complex data and information in a compelling way. And by extension, I nurture a customer-obsessed and responsible buying culture, where individuals and teams sweat every detail of the supply chain experience.I fall in love with sustainable sourcing problems and leverage data-driven insights with persuasive communication to commercialise outcomes. I partner with local and global supply partners to revolutionise pricing, promotion, range selection, space planning and product development. I’ve even co-founded The Kindred Cooks, a market business, to celebrate “preserved” flavours and share delicious jams, chutney, pickles, and marmalades with the Australian community. My signature Tomato Chutney won best in class at the Sydney Tomato Festival. I support the Foundation and Friends of the Botanical Gardens Sydney, nurturing a supportive community that protects our plants and our future.
