My experience encompasses aspects of policy development and organisational issues, with a particular focus on workplace issues including drafting and advising on employment contracts, employee entitlements, statutory obligations, discriminations issues, unfair dismissals and contracts as well as independent contractor agreements.Additionally, I advise and negotiate on the employment aspects in commercial transactions and provides clients with advice on appropriate procedures to minimise risk when recruiting staff and terminating employees. My expertise also includes drafting policies relating to equal opportunity, privacy and occupational health and safety, drafting AWAs and individual and collective agreements, as well as advising on employee entitlements pursuant to both Federal and State jurisdictions.
