• Implementing and maintaining layer 2 and 3 network services.• Providing Tier 1 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.• Configuring and installing routers switches and wireless controllers.• Mentoring team member ensuring all were trained in Product knowledge and capable of performing assigned duties.• Managing a critical business impact large scale network.• Keeping network infrastructure up to date and secured.• Managing network, intrusion detection and prevention system.• Working with vendors and teams to develop network infrastructure.
