In my free time, I pursued my passion for entrepreneurship and SaaS development, which led to the founding of Revci, an instant feedback service startup. At Revci, I played a key role in turning the idea into a fully operational business, overseeing all stages from concept to execution. My responsibilities included:• End-to-End Project Management: Led the entire process, including concept development, prototyping, MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development, technical support, marketing, sales, and customer success.• Building the MVP: Worked as part of the development team to create a functional MVP using Node.js (Nest.js), Yii2, and MySQL for the backend, and developed mobile applications for iOS and Android in React Native. Focused on delivering core features quickly to validate the product idea and gather user feedback.• Team Recruitment & Leadership: Built and managed a dedicated team, guiding them through product development and company growth.• Product Development: Collaborated with the team to evolve the MVP into a fully-featured platform based on user feedback, refining company processes and ensuring a scalable architecture.• Sales & Client Acquisition: Actively handled finding and acquiring clients, driving revenue growth, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.• Marketing & Business Development: Implemented marketing strategies to raise awareness and grow the user base, ensuring the business's overall growth.Unfortunately, due to the onset of war, the project had to be put on hold. In my role, I led the development of a new online store for the company, which supplies spare parts and accessories in Ukraine, with 9 warehouses and over 200 employees.👨‍💻 Key Responsibilities:Built and led a team of 5 developers to create a modern, high-performance online store.Managed all stages of the project, including prototyping, design, and development.Integrated the online store with 1C for warehouse accounting and order management, and connected it to the TECDOC SQL database, which included over 2.5 million spare parts.💻 Outcome:Launched a fast and efficient company website, significantly improving the customer experience and streamlining operations.

👋 I started my career at the holding company by working on the website of KP.UA. Back then, Google wasn’t well known, and Stackoverflow didn’t exist. I taught myself development from books and learned how to update and improve the site using Perl and HTML/CSS.
