I am a presenter to groups of 30-60 service volunteers. Also, in this position, I am in charge of applicant rating and new employee training.

I worked with the Regional Management team to focus in on a certain area of a Walmart store and create a business model of how to improve store efficiency. Throughout the internship, we learned a basic understanding of the operations of Walmart and retail management. I took the lead in a project to increase stores efficiency in SPH (scans per hour).
