This increased the percentage of those holding the correct level of education to 95% (Variable).• Re-structured the Army apprenticeship scheme within the unit by conducting monthly meetings with the course providers and the sub units, this ensured courses were fully loaded, efficient communication between the provider and the customer delivering value for money.• Responsible for the briefing and management of service leavers, providing resettlement advice and direction on what courses, housing, welfare and financial assistance was available both prior and post discharge.• Organised and controlled the Battalions promotion boards for the Commanding Officer, providing course, education, and appraisal report and seniority detail for each individual.
