Projects and Process Management:- Used data and analytics to develop an innovative system asset sustainment tracker for flight, identifying assets with sustainment issues and using data to advance tactical and strategic goals for increased logistical support. - Lead government POC on the $4.6M ARN-67 Glideslope Redesign Project on B-52, collaborating directly with the contractor to deliver working prototype, while overseeing all milestones and engineering activities.- Led collaboration of Depot, Contracting, and B-52 Program office stakeholders to identify and develop post project initiatives for designated source of repair (DSOR), Depot activation, flight testing, CCB qualifications, market research, and asset manufacturing.- Created and implemented a new engineering flight training SOP, adopted by all 5 squadrons as the flagship model.- Lead engineering projects manager for the flight, managing 9 projects worth $19.2M, ensuring projects meet all requirements, while prepping and reviewing all engineers project monthly status updates to executive leadership.Leadership:- Selected for the highly sought-after 4-week onsite FY24 Defense Civilian Emerging Leader Program.
