I represent private fund sponsors, advising on establishment, structuring, and ongoing operational matters across a range of asset classes including private equity, growth capital, venture capital and private credit.In addition to fund structuring, I have significant experience advising UK and multi-jurisdictional sponsors in connection with the structuring of their management arrangements and carried interest schemes.I also advises a number of major institutional investors with respect to allocations to private funds, co-investments and direct bespoke investment programmes with sponsors, as well as a joint-ventures and GP stakes investments.
