- Responsible for the safe and efficient performance of all of the Drill Supervisors- Ensure production and productivity is maintained as determined by the Company- Liaise with Client and ensure continued satisfaction and suitability of services- Liaise with Client Representatives and drill crews concerning safety and operational issues- Advance Client relationships- Review all safety systems and work procedures- Review project specific systems and procedures- Maintain communications between field and base- Advise on the purchase of equipment and consumables- Ensure that field training and development of drill crew is being carried out by the Drill Supervisor- Provide accurate reports and maintain reporting schedules- Report faults and ensure remedial action- Conduct regular audits to ensure that equipment inspections are carried out correctly and on time- Conduct regular audits to ensure that maintenance schedules of all equipment are carried out correctly and on time- Assist with competency based training to MDAA Competency Standards

Drilling Supervisor- Managed diamond drilling operations at site level- Contribute to the development of deep hole directional drilling programs and strategies to meet client expectations and targets. - Involved in the development and implementation of company training programs, policies and procedures - Review and contribute to the Company’s continuous improvement in Health, Safety and the Environment and deliver these changes to onsite personnel. - Management of drilling rigs, drilling programs and site personnel in accordance with client’s needs and requirement. - Conduct competency based training of drilling personnel to Mineral Drilling Association of Australia (MDAA) , national competency standards - Administration of Mosslake drilling sites to ensure production, productivity and safety- Supervision and administration of Site operationsDriller- Diamond core drilling to 2500 metre- Operation of UDR 1000, 1200 and Longyear 44 & 38 diamond drilling and multipurpose rigs.- Experience with deep hole directional drilling, wedging and down hole motor, navi work- Hitting specific target areas as part of a multiple daughter hole drilling program- Training of Mosslake personnel onsite, including drilling training- Experience in geotechnical drilling and testing, mud rotary drilling- Mine site development and exploration drilling- Management of drilling rigs and personnel- Drilling from surface , diamond drilling experience in PQ,HQ,NQ,BQ size coring operations- Involved in the development and implementation of Company training programs, policies and procedures- Ensure maintenance and service schedules are carried out correctly and on time- Management and stock control of drilling consumables and equipment - Geotechnical drilling from Jack up platforms: Maersk Valiant, Maersk Venturer, Ron Tuppmyer
