My 20+ year career has several milestones that demonstrate global perspective, a lateral thinking approach to complex problem-solving, on both a commercial and technological basis, and an ability to navigate change. I have been very fortunate to work for leading companies in industries such as Water & Waste Water, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing and Semi-conductor fabrication. This has given me a unique toolkit to successfully cross-pollinate methodologies and go-to-market strategies, to drive innovation and achieve high sustainable growth. Throughout my career I’ve had P&L Responsibility, and M&A experience.This diverse background resulted in me being brought over to the USA from Ireland to lead the Monitoring and Controls (Automation) division of a multibillion-dollar water company. I am passionate about solving problems and bringing value to a business by being curious, analyzing markets/trends, challenging the status-quo, taking risks without being reckless, modeling the art-of the possible, and delivering novel solutions.As an adaptive leader, I have formed high functioning teams, nurtured talent, and encouraged transparency, communication, and candor - being a coach over a manager, keeping the path clear to allow my teams succeed and be less dependent on me.
