Creating, upholding, and assisting with an all-encompassing safety initiative for numerous offices and diverse divisions with multiple skill sets. - Maintain a positive relationship with client(s) and potential client representatives.- Company’s HSE manual, field training manual, behavior-based safety observation program, new hire processes, web-based training orientations, and incident investigations.- Weekly safety meetings with employees, consisting of a structured fifty-two-week training program and recent critical work-related events.- Establish and maintain reliable relationships with medical providers and accompany employee(s) with work-related ailments.- Address and manage Workers’ Compensation and or Texas Workforce Commission matters.- Manage a Program Review Committee regarding all incidents to ensure a comprehensive HSE program.- Participate with job site audits, and distribute findings and trends per division, and throughout the company.- Monitor quarterly equipment inspections and ensure sufficient inventory of safety supplies and equipment.- Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and third-party administrative websites such as PEC (Premier Safety Management), ISNetworld, PICS (Pacific Industrial Contractor Screening), NCMS (National Compliance Management Systems), and, Borwz Management Services.
