Held a variety of food service positions, starting as a food service specialist in the US ARMY, based out of Friedberg, Germany. Post-military service, spent two years as the chef in the Archdiocese of Newark’s Our Lady of the Visitation church. While pursuing full-time undergraduate studies, held a number of part-time cooking and chef positions.
