I worked for a distributor in the greater Dayton OH and northern Cincinnati market selling to the landscape/hardscape industry. Responsibilities were serving existing customers and cultivating new relationships. I was able to use my 15 years as a landscape designer to interact effectively with contractors and designers on their projects.

10th Street Studios, LLC was my landscape design studio that provided design services to landscape companies who either did not employ a landscape designer or who needed extra help on that front. I served these companies by interviewing, designing, and selling projects to homeowners & businesses on my clients' behalf or by simply designing for my clients as support for their sales.

Managed B2B hardscape product sales -including natural stone, concrete pavers and segmental retaining wall units.

Responsibilities included hiring, managing & building a team, designing, selling, and managing residential landscape projects. I also estimated and designed commercial landscape projects. This was an exciting company to work for because I was given the tools and freedom to create a landscape installation division in a successful commercial lawn mowing company.
