I developed workflow improvements that included custom built web applications and bot driven automation processes which resulted in $250,000 savings across 3 different departments. These costs translated into roughly 200 hours a month in man hours savings.• Responsible for a data automation project that will pull historical information for legal cases and display them on lexisnexis.com with an estimated revenue savings of $400,000. This automation process was done with the use of Robotic Automation Process (RPA) and database programming.• Responsible for the design, development, testing, maintenance, and configuration control/management of several SQL databases.• Lead, create, test, certify and manage all new web-based software development needs based off customer requirements. • Created and manage campus users (over 2000+) in Active Directory. Providing permissions and restrictions to network storage locations and hardware needs dependent on position.• Configured, shipped and delivered hardware to both campus and field users. This includes laptops (DELL), MacBook’s, tablets (iPad), and cellphones (variety). • Created custom PC images for deployment using Windows Server 2012 and Windows Imaging Solutions. These images would vary based off responsibility of the customer we were assisting. Images would need to be updated frequently to meet security and software needs.• Performed regular backups of network storage solutions and provide data retrieval for missing data needs using backup recovery software.• Responsible for assisting customers using a ticketing system (Service-Now), while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) provided by the company (1-2-day turnaround time).• Provided remote desktop support to high paying customers and senior executives in LexisNexis, regarding software or computer issues.
