Responsibilities: Assisting project manager with cost control tracking, management of drill and blast operations, financial reporting, purchasing, HR, program management and production tracking, onsite engineering, quality assurance, cost reporting, suppler sourcing and onsite procurement, survey set out, program management, onsite engineering, supervisor management, assisting with safety management, EOT claims and variations, client interface, subcontractor management, supervisor management.

Responsibilities:QA for project, cost reporting, suppler sourcing and onsite procurement, assisting with financial reporting, survey set out, production tracking and program management, onsite engineering, supervisor management.

Responsible for assisting the Chief and Senior Estimators in the preparation of larger tenders. Pricing smaller civil tenders individually. Other duties included taking off quantities; interpreting drawings and specifications; preparing sub-contract and material enquiries; preparation of the pricing models; and liaison with sub-contractors and client to ensure receipt of quotations and information to the requested timescales.

Responsible for building civil 132kV, 275kV and 400kV overhead power line tenders ranging from 100k - 20 million pounds sterling. Duties included corresponding with sub-contractors and suppliers over quotes and sub-contract offers; client liaison during tender stage to establish the scope of works; attending pre-tender site visits to produce a final submission including HSEQ plans, programs, price schedules, and clarifications; post tender discussions with the client; and handover tender to construction team for successful tenders.
