Led and supervised an 8 member team, responsible for the daily logistical needs of an aviation organization of over 400 personnel during complex combat deployments. Deployments spanned multiple strategic global locations, during complex combat operations. Logistical needs included but not limited to; sustainment, material support and oversight, embarkation and debarkation of helicopter support for multiple global combat forces.-Developed and executed logistical plans to move over 300 personnel, 10 helicopters and over 85 tons of equipment via military strategic lift to Afghanistan and Japan simultaneously.-Led the tracking and maintenance of $1.5 million in logistical support assets necessary to support 24-hour continuous combat operations on a daily basis.-Devised a plan to reduce unit's logistical footprint by $2 million, with no impact on operations.-Served as flight leaders, evaluator and instructor to 15 pilots and aircrew during complex multi-national aviation missions in both peacetime and combat operations.
