3 winter seasons as a chalet chef, Head chef of a hotel and a restaurant chef in various Austrian locations. I am experienced and adept with running a professional kitchen team and handling all aspects of stock management and providing top class food.

Worked as an events and Logistics team member throughout the U.K. Setting up and managing events across the spectrum of food & drink. alcohol brands and music. I planned and executed the logistical side of setting up professional events nationally through to driving large Vans filled with stock / equipment nationally and the hands-on brand ambassador role at the events themselves.

Independently planned and executed a 2000km walk across South America. The project was entirely developed by myself and two friends, we gained global media attention reaching T.V, Newspapers and Online Publications worldwide. Our social media campaign gained thousands of followers and content gained over 1 billion individual views on media channels. Walking 2000km was a huge personal challenge, both physically, mentally and logistically. We successfully raised over £25k to drill a water bore in Northern Brasil.

Worked alongside the Events Manager in the MANGO office within DDB. I worked closely with the client taking concepts from conception right through to execution, ensuring the brand image was followed and creative concepts were met. During my time here I also assisted across several accounts for global brands with various campaigns and in different capacities. This gave me valuable experience working in a well respected and fast paced agency within the Australian marketplace.

I worked as a technical surveyor for IMG in various locations across Australia. I was tasked with managing a team of 4 analysts in projects covering local council areas - planning logistics and ensuring that the projects were successfully completed to the highest standard. Operating specialist technical equipment, training people on using these vehicles and the associated software. I visited several locations around Australia and was responsible for millions of dollars worth of equipment.
