As a summary I have been working for the NHS for 26 years and have a Security background with a short spell in HM Forces. For 18 of the NHS years managed the Support Services or Soft FM. Currently responsible for the buildings and Compliance for the local Community Hospital in Louth and Health Centers/Surgeries in LincolnshireResponsibility for the buildings which includes full compliance across the site, Fire Safety, Health and Safety, Water Management, (L8000), Security, Waste Management, Project Management, contrators with daily Customer/ Stakeholder liason.Support Services included managing a Team of 40 Portering, Housekeeping, Switchboard and Admin colleagues.For 15 of the 26 years I managed the Mortuary/Bodystore up to the point of arranging for the service to be handed over to the Clinical Service provider.I have a wealth of knowledge and experience within the NHS, i am self motivated and have a "can do attitude".I adapt and overcome in changing and sometimes challenging circumstances.I have a very positive attitude and consider myself to have excellent people skills. I have a great sense of humour and I'm always looking for the next challenge.My aim is to have a positive impact and leave a positive impression.
