Provided corporate property management oversight in the Atlanta MSA, including Avalon and Atlantic Station mixed-use projects. Prior to Avalon’s grand opening, assisted the development department with project management of capital improvements and infrastructure critical to the grand opening and on-going operation of Avalon, including coordination of gigabit technology amenities. Avalon grand opening event planning and execution, as well as, management office set-up. Negotiated and managed contracts at both assets for repairs & maintenance by outside vendors. Completed center level tenant coordination (TA/TI projects) and project management of CAM & CapEx projects at Atlantic Station.
