• Responsible for testing and implementing Aspect CRC and ACD products to route customer calls.• Design data networks for new sites and upgrades to existing sites worldwide.• Test new equipment and protocols to be incorporated into the Microsoft Network.• Responsible for vender selection, testing and implementation of Microsoft’s first WiFi network.
