Led a team of professionals in analyzing the overall business implications of global supply chain optimization opportunities, partnering directly with business units around the world to develop and set supply chain network strategy and drive for financially viable supply chain solutions. Primary finance business partner to the Project K Global Supply Chain PMO. Project K was a global manufacturing restructuring initiative that touched nearly every geographic region and business unit in the company. As that business partner I provided senior leaders with monthly insight into our progress toward achieving our Project K supply chain commitments that included hundreds of millions of dollars of investment in capital and onetime costs and hundreds of millions of dollars of annual cost savings.

Primary business partner to the Cracker Platform operations vice president, providing timely, relevant, and actionable analysis to drive optimization of the cracker-manufacturing network, achieve sustainable year-over-year cost savings and drive reductions in cost per pound. Oversaw the annual budget development process ensuring consistent budgeting processes and accurate standard costs. In conjunction with the Operations Vice President, held the plants accountable for achieving financial commitments by leading monthly and quarterly plant performance reviews. Ensured the integrity of the platform internal control environment by holding the plant finance teams accountable for SOX Section 404 compliance and internal audit readiness. Led the professional development of the plant controllers and their teams ensuring a strong bench.
