Thank you for viewing my profile.A catalyst and solutioneer, I enable the leadership and management chain to create high performance teams and individuals, either by being embedded within the company, or via advisory services.I am a seasoned Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance specialist, an experienced coach, and a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Fletchers - one of the Livery Companies within the City of London. I have significant international insight gained from environments such as foreign direct investment, education, legal and compliance, financial services, military intelligence, and the commercial intelligence arenas. People, processes and technology are my focus, with deep knowledge and familiarity of successfully leading folks under the highest of pressure. The combined best of commercial and military acumen is utilised to explore, develop, and implement solutions.At the Compliance Register awards I was runner up in the Best Compliance Trainer category, and received a Joint Commander's Commendation from the UK military for my coalition work in the Middle East. I was also one of a five-strong team to attain a parachuting world record in the USA, adding to the aerial skills gained from a Private Pilot Licence (Aeroplane) and being a glider pilot in earlier years. Enhancing these skills, I have also thoroughly enjoyed qualifying as an Uncrewed Aerial Vehicle pilot. Clearly an advocate of lifelong learning, in my spare time I take pleasure in coaching archery and having been a scuba instructor. The people, team, and organisational lessons gained from all these industry, air, sea, and land settings translate straight into the business world.
