• Responsible for implementing and over seeing the PACS Emageon deployment.

• Oversee staff located in a hospital campus, outpatient campus, and women’s center campus for a total of 55 FTE’s and 70,000 exams per year.

• Coordinated network expansion for distribution of all images with radiation therapy for the purpose of treatment planning, Prostate Seed implants, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, CT simulation, and fusion of data sets.
• Review work schedules, assign work duties to maintain patient flow and achieve production goals.
• Responsible for interviewing and hiring imaging department staff.
