About Pete Schramm

Farm2Founder?!? Odd, I know…Also 6’8” (yes I played basketball, now coach). Quick rundown on me, what I’m all about & what I’m up to:- The farm made me who I am today (Butler, PA)- Sports strengthened teamwork skills (played hoops with pros in Hong Kong, Steelers are my football team)- Education taught me how to solve problems- The people I surrounded myself with opened my eyes to opportunities that I didn't know existed I migrated south to DC for college - (BS and MS in Mech Engr) and spent the next ~decade with DC as home base while traveling around for school, work, and fun. 20+ countries so far. At Lockheed Martin I had an amazing opportunity to keep our soldiers safe, leading teams to build complex technology. Launching (Lattitude) a B2B Enterprise SaaS company has been a crash course in fundraising, marketing, sales, product development, branding, & HR. Published my first book (Pathfinders) in Nov 2023 and working the next one now (WTF...the book)!Lattitude helps People Leaders engage and retain top talent through full employment lifecycle support. Our platform offers career mapping, personal boards of advisors, and engagement surveys with predictive attrition modeling. Follow my content at #Pathfinders #PersonalBoardofAdvisors #CareerMap #farm2founder (#SchrammFarm on Peloton)My focus is on improving the employee engagement experience and welcome you to visit Lattitude to schedule an engagement consultation. We have worked with 60+ organizations and 100% of the group admins say “wow - I wish I had this tech platform sooner, it saves me so much time” Before we chat, here are a few things to consider when it comes to REAL employee engagement…- Get executive buy in (lead by example)- Put a plan in place and get input from your team (empower them to help you iterate)- Lay out the specific timeline for the effort (set goals, expectations, and update cadence)- Start small and focus on quality interactions, recommend people talk, it’s helpful to review educational engagement materials before - Share the engagements back to your admin (maybe that’s you) so you can see trends over time- Is your increase in engagement leading to higher retention and improved profitability yet…is this a lot to track and manage? We are here to help if you want to take 99% of this process off your plate:)
