I provide sessions where people see personal skills and make plans for being fit, well and great at their jobs. I love facilitating group discussions, and I am passionate about supporting others to be fantastic facilitators. People come away from my courses with a plan for personal health and wellbeing. Each person can then fulfil roles as parent, employee or community member at their very best.I have been fortunate to work for the NHS in inspiring teams. Much of my skills have been developed in a culture of peer support, where each person’s contribution is valued and celebrated.
