This includes ensuring that up to 6 different development teams, each responsible for various deal source systems within our division, are each meeting the agreed timelines for each of the phases of the project.- Introduced new development process guidelines for the RMG development team, including Agile methodology and increased business stakeholder interaction and visibility of the product backlog and priority list, in order to achieve improved efficiency and throughput of the development team.
