M8D 2 RISE is a company that works with the North Carolina Division of Vocational Rehabilitative Services. We provide supported employment and career coaching services for adults who have barriers to employment such as a having a disability or being a criminal offender.

I was in charge of everything relating to the supervision, organization and implementation of the AU defense, and consulted on all special teams. Other duties included recruiting, academic advisement, mentor leader, life skills coach, family and youth counseling, staff development and supervision, college financial aid counselor, community outreach, fund raising, conflict/crisis manager, behavioral assessment planner, motivational speaker, clinician, equipment manager, defensive line coach and transportation certification supervisor for the athletic department.

I was responsible for implementing and mentoring the varsity, junior varsity and freshman high school football programs.

I coached linebackers, specialists, defensive backs, defensive line, receivers, coordinated special teams, weight room supervisor, recruiter, community outreach coordinator, academic adviser, life skills coach, clinician and author.

I taught physical education and health grades 9-12 and was a career coach.

I was in charge of the defensive front, linebackers, fullbacks, and assisted with special teams.

I was the Vice President in charge of all aspects of the arena 2 football team, including all aspects of marketing, management, football operations and community outreach.

I served as the head football coach, director of football operations, community outreach coordinator and radio broadcaster (Virginia Tech Football pre-game show and 9 year analyst of the Division III National Championship on local ESPN radio affiliate.

I coordinated the UTM defense, coached defensive backs and punters, assisted with the special teams, was the video coordinator, career and life skills coach, academic adviser, recruiter, and retention specialist.
